Deborah is committed to minimising delays and assisting couples in reaching agreement through mediation and effective negotiation wherever possible. If litigation becomes necessary, Deborah is a determined and thorough advocate and has a sound knowledge of the workings of the Family Court system.

Whilst having practised exclusively in family law for many years, Deborah also has a background in general practice including commercial, property and business law, criminal law including apprehended violence Orders and Wills and Estates. This assists her in the myriad of issues that often present themselves in family law matters.

Lisa understands that every family is different and her wealth of experience means that she is also well placed to provide personal, practical and sensitive advice on all aspects of parenting matters including living and shared parenting arrangements, child support and issues surrounding relocation. Lisa’s strong communication and negotiation skills are invaluable in enabling her clients to negotiate arrangements and make informed decisions that are in the best interests of their children. Lisa is committed to assisting her clients rebuild new workable family arrangements. In the event an out of Court settlement is not possible, then Lisa’s considerable advocacy experience in the Supreme Court, Family Court, Federal Magistrate’s Court and Local Court will provide you with strong and competent Court representation

Christine has had extensive experience in the Local Courts having worked for the Attorney General’s Department in Courts throughout NSW and having been a Registrar of the Local Court and Chamber Magistrate.

Christine appears regularly before Registrars, Magistrates and Judges on a wide range of Family Law issues. Christine places a strong emphasis on family dispute resolution and mediation with the aim to resolve matters without the involvement of the Court. Christine is experienced in the preparation of agreements for clients, including Binding Financial Agreements, before, during and after marriage/de facto relationship, De Facto Termination agreements and Child Support Agreements.

Janine is skilled at resolving emotionally fraught and contentious disputes by way of negotiations and conciliation and when litigating, facilitates cost effective and smooth proceedings. Janine has experience at all levels of a Court system including local Courts, the Federal Magistrates Court and the Family Court.

Janine has undertaken Collaborative Law Training and is also able to assist separating couples to resolve their disputes using this non-contentious process. Janine is efficient and thorough, and balances being sensitive to the distress clients may feel whilst dealing with issues relating to the break down of their relationship with a practical and strategic approach to ensure a positive outcome for her clients.

Jodie has a sensitive and practical approach which she brings to each of her matters. She understands the many varied issues that arise following the breakdown of a relationship and her common sense approach assists clients to move forward and achieve the best possible outcomes for themselves and their children. Jodie is committed to using alternative dispute resolution and mediation wherever possible to resolve matters quickly and efficiently without the involvement of Court. Where this is not possible, Jodie is experienced in representing clients at all stages of the court process and she conducts matters before Judges and Registrars in the Family Court, Federal Magistrates Courts, District and Supreme Courts and the Local Courts.

In circumstances where family law clients may have already reached an agreement prior to meeting with Helen or where Helen has negotiated an agreement on their behalf, she is also experienced in drafting documents to formalise the agreement that has been reached including Child Support Agreements, Binding Financial Agreements, Termination Agreements for de-facto couples who separated prior to the legislative changes on 1 March 2009 and Consent Orders to be filed in the relevant Court.

Helen also regularly appears before the Family Court and Federal Magistrates Court in respect of divorce, property, parenting and Child Support matters.
